    Quality engineering that stays connected

Cut the cost of poor quality across your supplier base.

We build audit software, run supplier and process work on the floor, and train the teams who have to keep it running. The point is simple: fewer repeat findings, faster closure, and a quality system people still use after the audit.

    The cost of poor quality

Quality work gets expensive when every part lives somewhere else.

An audit in one tool. Findings in another. Training later, if there is time. The same issue comes back with a new date on it. Scrap, premium freight and customer pressure do the rest.

    Our story

    See how we work.

A short film on the way we cut the cost of poor quality.

    What Qualiteh does

Software, field work and training. Same team.

Most suppliers end up coordinating a software vendor, a consultant and a training provider. We keep those pieces together, so the finding, the fix and the training point to the same problem.

    Software

    The AEI Qualiteh Agent

Offline audit software that helps your engineer capture evidence, draft findings, connect repeat risk and check whether corrective actions held. The engineer stays responsible for the decision.

    We do the work

Process auditors and resident engineers who can join the floor when the issue is live: audit rescue, supplier development, sorting and launch support. Not advice from a distance.

    The people behind Qualiteh

The people writing the software also know the audit room.

Qualiteh is led by quality engineers who run Dev-to-Series handovers, sit in audit rooms and move production lines. That is the material we bring into the product and the classroom.

    The AEI Qualiteh Agent

An audit assistant your engineer can argue with.

It does not replace the auditor. It keeps the audit trail tight, brings evidence back when you need it and makes weak findings harder to hide.

    What it sees
The standard, question set, prior findings, evidence and notes from the floor. Offline captures are included when the connection is dead.
    What it does
Draft findings, linked risks, evidence references, corrective-action suggestions and follow-up checks.
    What it does not do
It does not sign off an audit, close an action or make a final compliance decision by itself.
    How you stay in control
Your engineer reviews, edits or rejects every output. The trail stays tied to the standard.
    Qualiteh Agent: audit closing report
The Qualiteh Agent closing report, generated from a completed audit.

Built for plant-floor work, including offline audits. Your data stays exportable. Structured per VDA 6.3 methodology.

    Why teams trust it

    The boring things matter here.

    Practitioner-led

Run by IATF 16949 and VDA process auditors who still do the work, not generalists learning the acronyms as they go.

    Standards-native

VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Core Tools are the working language, not a layer added later.

    Offline-first

Findings, notes and evidence still work when the plant connection does not.

    Traceable

Every AEI suggestion points back to a standard, a note, or an evidence item.

    Your data, yours

Export it when you need it. No lock-in story.

    Questions

    Straight answers.

    What exactly is Qualiteh?

Software, field quality work and training for manufacturing suppliers. The AEI Qualiteh Agent helps with audit work; our engineers can support the floor; the academy helps your team keep the fix alive.

Do you actually do the work, or just advise?

Yes. Audit rescue, supplier development, sorting, launch support and resident engineering, alongside your team until there is a usable answer.

What is AEI / the Qualiteh Agent?

AEI means Augmented Engineering Intelligence. In the Qualiteh Agent, it helps draft findings, link evidence and follow up actions. Your engineer decides. It never signs off the audit.

Which standards do you work in?

VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and 8D/A3. Work is structured per the relevant methodology.

    Who do you work with?

Manufacturing and automotive suppliers across the EU and overseas, on-site or remote.

    How do we start?

Book a 30-minute call. Bring one process, one recurring finding, or one supplier issue. We will tell you where we think we can help fastest.

Bring the quality problem you are tired of seeing twice.

Thirty minutes. We look at the process, the current finding and the fastest useful next step. No deck.
