We spent years inside automotive plants watching the same scene: good engineers buried in spreadsheets, findings that vanish between audit cycles, corrective actions that close on paper and reopen on the line.
The consulting industry answers with decks. The software industry answers with systems built by people who have never stood at a station at 6 a.m. We thought both answers were wrong, so we built the third one: practitioners who write software, and software that holds up on the floor.
Everything on this site — the audits, the trainings, the apps — comes from that one conviction: quality work deserves tools made by people who do quality work.
