Experience and approach

Mladen leads development-to-series handover projects for automotive manufacturers. Based in Pančevo, he founded Qualiteh to bring together engineering support, practical training and quality software. His work focuses on applying VDA, IATF and ISO requirements in production.

He has more than 10 years of automotive experience and developed the Practical Dev to Series Handover method from work on the shop floor. As technical lead for the customer interface, he handles the quality checks and decisions needed to move a product into series production.

His training covers 8D, A3, PPAP and FMEA alongside the working relationships between Quality, Production and Engineering. Two years of formal Transactional Analysis training at TA Centar Institut inform his approach to these conflicts. He co-leads the Karpman Drama Triangle modules in Leadership in Production Environments with primary trainer Stefan Stojković.

Mladen speaks at industry events, including Factory Kongres and the University of Belgrade Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He develops Qualiteh's quality software suite alongside the engineering and training work. His workshops draw on current handover and audit-preparation work.
