Experience and approach
Stefan is Qualiteh's COO. In his earlier role as a project-management team leader at Cooper Standard, he transferred three production lines from Germany, Italy and Poland and launched components for automotive manufacturers. At Brose, he led cooling-motor development as a Senior Project Manager. This experience informs his Lean Audit, VSM, Kanban Pull, Production-Line Transfer and Lean Change Agent programmes.
He lectures in management and change management at Mokrogorska School of Management, working with senior managers from manufacturing and service businesses. His Practical Project Management Academy combines p3.express with SILAN — Simple, Intelligent, Lazy, Agile, Nurturing — the approach he developed for project-management practice.
Stefan is a certified p3.express Practitioner and Lean Change Agent. As a LEGO® Serious Play facilitator, he also supports team workshops, retrospectives and strategic planning.
At Qualiteh Academy, he leads the Leadership in Production Environments programmes for front-line leaders, middle managers, directors and R&D project managers. Mladen Ranković co-leads the Karpman Drama Triangle modules.
